YRDP was registered with Ministry of Interior in 1998, N^o 891 as a local, non-governmental youth organization. YRDP is not affiliated with any political party or religion, therefore YRDP exposes youth to different religions and political parties. YRDP empowers youth to be responsible and active citizens with the quality of critical thinking skills and social conscience who are capable to ethically and morally drive positive change for their own future, their family, their communities and country. YRDP works with youth (age under 30 years old) who are push outs, failing, current students and graduate students of high school and students of higher education institutes (HEI).YRDP is driven by its core values, Development, Impartiality, Gender equity, Empowerment, solidarity, Transparency and Active non-violence (DIGESTA).YRDP is currently operating its 6 Year-Strategic Plan, 2015-2020. The Strategic Plan 2020 was strategically designed base on five guidance principles: Gender Based, Legal Based, Environmental Based, Scientific Information Based, and Human Rights Based (GLESH)
